Send your cancellation in writing to contact@juvroxtail.com. The band is set by the Kyiv date we receive the message, not by the day you decide. No departure is confirmed until these three points are answered in writing. They sit alongside the payment schedule and the cancellation bands on this page.
Coach steps are four risers. Historic centres on this route are largely cobbled, with 15 to 40 minutes of walking between stops and stairs at some hotels and museums. Tell us about reduced mobility, walking aids or a wheelchair when you enquire, and we check the exact hotel and vehicle before holding the seat.
Medical travel insurance covering the full route dates is required for every traveller, with a minimum of EUR 30,000 for treatment and repatriation. Bring the policy number; the tour leader collects it on the first morning.
