Terms of Service

These Terms govern bookings with juvroxtail.com, an LLC (EDRPOU 28648404), 45 Volodymyrska St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. Contact: contact@juvroxtail.com, +380 631 203 6653. Managing Director: Anna Lopez. Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', we provide full identification before you order.

1. Booking and Contract

By booking, you agree to these Terms. A contract forms when we confirm. Pre-contract information is given per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are in the displayed currency, including taxes unless stated. Payment methods appear at checkout. A deposit may be required; full payment is due before the tour unless agreed otherwise.

3. Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation follows the policy shown at booking. We may change the tour due to events beyond our control; we will offer alternatives or a refund. For packages sold to EU consumers, EU Package Travel Directive rights may also apply. Complaints are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.

4. Liability

We are liable for proper performance as required by law, limited to the extent permitted by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX and other applicable law. We are not liable for force majeure.

5. Consumer Rights and Complaints

Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Complaints: contact@juvroxtail.com, +380 631 203 6653.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data lawfully under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Our Privacy Notice explains your rights. We use cookies only with prior informed consent, except strictly necessary ones, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.

7. Tour Operator Status

juvroxtail.com is entered in the Unified Register of Tour Operators and maintains a financial guarantee for civil liability under Law of Ukraine No. 3170-IX 'On Tourism'.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
